Relational posture: the patterns you carry, and the freedom ahead
Everyone brings patterns into their friendships — ways of holding back, over-giving, or bracing for hurt. Kindred's relational posture assessment helps you see yours so they stop running the show.
What you do
- Answer a short set of questions on a one-to-five scale, with an optional note about anything else on your mind.
- Receive a reading that names your current posture and what you are growing toward.
- Retake it later to see how you have changed. Each reading shows when you last took it.
Who sees it
It is private to you. Your posture is used to shape your own coaching and suggestions in the app — never shown to another member.
Questions
Will other members see my relational posture?
