Coaching that ends in one small next step
Most people know what to do. The hard part is doing it. Kindred coaching is a private conversation that asks one good question at a time, listens, and — when you are ready — proposes one small, faithful next step sized to where you are.
How it works
- Open Coaching and answer one question at a time.
- When you are ready, you agree to one specific next step — your covenant.
- Next time, coaching asks how it went: you did it, you will try again, you need something smaller, or it is not for you right now.
- Your finished steps are kept in a covenant history so you can see how far you have come.
Good to know
Each member has five coaching turns per rolling week. Coaching replies are written by Kindred's in-app coaching assistant, not by a licensed counselor or therapist.
